How to get ready for your cleaning
A few minutes of prep means we spend all our time actually cleaning — not clearing surfaces first.
- Clear countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms so we can fully clean every surface.
- Clear dressers and nightstands of loose items, jewelry, and personal belongings.
- Pick up items from the floor — toys, clothes, shoes — in every room we're cleaning.
- Load or put away dishes so the sink and counters are accessible.
- Secure pets in a comfortable space and let us know about any that may be shy of visitors.
What if we can't get to it in time?
Totally understandable — life happens. Our estimates assume a home that's tidy enough to clean, not spotless. If clutter is significant enough to block access to floors or counters, we may need extra time on-site.
We'll always tell you before adding anything to your bill — never a surprise on the invoice.
LoveCleaning904 provides surface cleaning of minor mold (under 10 sq ft) as part of standard service. Florida law requires mold remediation over 10 sq ft to be performed by a DBPR-licensed mold remediator. If we identify mold beyond this scope, we'll stop work in that area and let you know so you can arrange a licensed assessment.
